Our suspension training course will give you the tools and techniques to safely and effectively train with the TRX straps. You will learn skills to train your clients using their own body weight for a full body workout program which targets both fat loss and muscle tone. Suspension training can be used for both Group exercise programs as well as Personal Training, so you can expand your client base, giving you the potential to earn more.
This is a short course which is delivered for 2 days usually during weekends
You will be required to pass the practical assessment upon completion of the course
