Boot camps are fun training sessions which provide intense full body workout performed both aerobically and anaerobically, boot camp training is one of the fastest ways to burn excess fat, improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. Bootcamp is also a great conditioning program for professional and amateur athletes. Our bootcamp courses are designed for Personal Trainers and Group exercise instructors to create fun sessions to their clients which challenge the strength and aid in fat burning. You will learn functional and high- intensity movements and exercises that can be incorporated into traditional weight training and cardio programs.
This is a short course which is delivered for 2 days usually during weekends
You will be required to pass the practical assessment upon completion of the course
